What to expect:

Visiting a new church can be intimidating. What should I wear? Where do I park?

We understand the many thoughts that can come from visiting a new church, so we want you to feel completely comfortable when you visit. Below are some frequently asked questions. If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Our Sunday Morning Worship Services are at 11 a.m., held at Collingwood Community Church, and typically last approximately 75 minutes.

What should I wear?
We want you to feel comfortable. After all, we are thrilled that you’re joining us and want you to focus more on the service than what you wear. It’s common to see people wearing sandals, shorts, and a shirt in the summertime. Others prefer to put on their “Sunday best still,” and that’s fine too! While many will wear the iconic Salvation Army uniform, we think you’ll fit in no matter how you dress.

How do I get to The Salvation Army Collingwood Church?
Our Sunday Morning Worship Services are at 11 am and are held at Collingwood Community Church, 162 Ste Marie St, Collingwood, ON L9Y 3K2.

Where should I park?

Parking at our church is street parking, but on the weekends, it is free parking!

Am I expected to put money in the offering?
If you visit with us, we don’t expect you to contribute to the offering, and you are welcome to just let it pass you by.

If you consider The Salvation Army Collingwood Church your church home, we’d love for you to consider prayerfully giving. You can give by cheque or cash during the service or sign up for direct withdrawals.
